In recent years, with the growth of personal studios and the influx of ceramic practitioners, firewood kiln and gas kiln kiln rooms have blossomed everywhere in Xianghu, old factory, new factory, old Yatan and other places in Jingdezhen. These kiln rooms are generally characterized by single kiln type, aging equipment, large safety risks, and unreasonable charges. In order to change this industry phenomenon and let more ceramic creators experience a more comfortable and safe burning place, Baitao will share the burning space as The Times require.
At the beginning of the New Year in 2021, after nearly three months of intense design, preparation and construction, Baitaohui shared firing center has been completed, passed acceptance and put into trial operation, and will be open to the public after the Spring Festival of the Ox, which is a fully functional self-service, multi-kiln and shared ceramic firing space.
Baitao Sharing Center is located in Xianghu Village with the highest concentration of ceramic creators, and it is separated from Jingdezhen Ceramic University, the highest institution of ceramic art in China, and there are many ceramic studios nearby. We are committed to putting people first. For pottery students, practitioners and ceramic enthusiasts to create a pottery training, academic exchanges, public welfare sharing, material experiments as one of the new pottery sharing ecology.
The layout of the center is designed by Baichao's partner brands, aiming to build a sustainable pottery exploration space connecting the future, putting artificial intelligence in the first place, reflecting and creating a scientific art exploration space through materials experiment, exploration practice, ceramic firing and work display modules.
Compared with the traditional kiln house, Baitaohui shared a more comprehensive range of kiln products in the firing center, relying on a strong R & D team, there are high-performance intelligent electric kilns such as Wave 02/07, future 02, Blue Yan 03, and also innovative kilns such as MINI firewood kiln and anti-explosion experimental gas kiln, all of which are independent intellectual property equipment of Baitaohui, and will introduce sintering processes such as music burning and soda burning. It can meet the firing needs of different ceramic works.
The firing center kiln type is mainly electric kiln, supplemented by gas kiln. It has many specifications and categories, and can accept the package kiln and co-firing at any time. Electric kiln has the characteristics of convenience, safety and easy operation, and the oxidation atmosphere is also very distinctive. We hope that creators can have a better presentation and improvement in creation by experiencing high-performance intelligent electric kiln, scientific understanding and application of oxidation atmosphere.
At the same time, the center also provides a complete set of mud, glaze, experimental tools and equipment, to facilitate users to carry out exploratory experiments, in this process, we will build the first ceramic material database in China, for more pottery enthusiasts to provide valuable and traceable reference basis.
