According to the "Implementation Plan for Vocational Skill Level Evaluation of Light Industry", the Office of the President of the China Light Industry Federation approved the China Ceramic Industry Association as the vocational ability evaluation station, and Baitao Association as the vocational skill evaluation base of the ceramic industry. It can carry out evaluation occupations (types of work), including ceramic decoration workers, ceramic sintering workers, ceramic raw material preparation workers, ceramic product designers, ceramic craftwork makers, ceramic molding glaze workers, arts and crafts designers, folk craftwork workers, handicraft carving workers and other ten kinds, grade 5-1, the first batch of 6,800 people can be trained.
In the near future, Baitaohui Pottery Sharing firing Center will be used as the vocational skill level evaluation base of China's ceramic industry, providing venues and equipment and facilities to carry out vocational training and grade evaluation business within the scope. Those who pass the examination will be issued the corresponding job grade certificate by the Light Industry Vocational Ability Evaluation Center of China Light Industry Federation and the Ability Evaluation Station (Ceramics).
