The factory is lacking in talent training ability, craftsmen and masters have excellent technology and skills, but they lack the ability to teach and educate talents. Henan ceramic industry is in urgent need of design and planning, as well as the use of a variety of processes of talent, which requires vocational colleges related majors to systematically train.
Chairman Hou Wenquan talked about the severe employment situation of graduates in colleges and universities, graduates' employment should be precipitated to the grassroots to the enterprise, he mentioned, how do ceramic vocational colleges do the characteristics of vocational colleges? How to find a way out for students? First of all, it is necessary to have its own characteristics, each porcelain production area has unique raw materials, based on which to train technical talents that meet the local needs; Secondly, school leaders should go to enterprises to understand the development of enterprises in terms of intelligence, digitalization, talent training, etc., so as to create necessary conditions for students' employment.

General Manager Xie Weifeng said that Baitao Club is an enterprise with 13 years of development history focusing on ceramic education services, and has served more than 700 ceramic related colleges and research institutions.
