On the afternoon of November 7, the award ceremony of Jingdezhen's first "Tao Xichuan Cup" Industrial Design Competition was held in Tao Xichuan Art Museum.
After the preliminary evaluation, online voting, expert review of three rounds of competition, Baitao Hui wave electric kiln, Kung fu small white clay machine both stood out, respectively won the third prize and excellence award, its creator Deng Zhihai also won the Jingdezhen "Top Ten new designers" title.

The competition is co-sponsored by Jingdezhen Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Jingdezhen Daily, Jingdezhen Radio and Television Station, China Capital Evening News and Jingdezhen Ceramic Culture and Tourism Group. 151 works were effectively evaluated, including 120 products, covering the entire industrial system such as aviation, automobiles, and ceramics.
In the end, the organizer elected 65 excellent works and 30 excellent designers to participate in the "My favorite Industrial Design Competition works" and "My favorite Top Ten New Industrial designers" online selection activities.
At the judging event held on October 29th, Shao Jimin, executive director of China Industrial Design Association, Wei Jiang, entrepreneurial mentor of China Youth Entrepreneurship International Program, Liu Jiandong, director of Ceramic Education Committee of Jiangxi Education Society, Liu Tengfang, Assistant director of Industrial Design Department of Art School of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, Jia Jing, teacher of Jingdezhen Ceramic University, and other experts scored the works with high votes.
The expert group evaluated and analyzed the design characteristics, design creativity, detail workmanship and other aspects of the entries one by one, and integrated the top ten bonus points generated by the online voting product group, and finally selected 1 gold medal, 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 15 excellence awards after careful and sufficient discussion.
Shao Jimin, executive director of the China Industrial Design Association and a member of the competition expert group, said that a city without young people has no future, and in this competition, we are pleased to see a large number of outstanding young talents in the ceramic, aviation, automotive and other industries, which I think has positive significance for the construction of national ceramic culture innovation pilot zone in Jingdezhen.

From October 20 to 22, at the "Gaolling Cup" 5th National Ceramic Vocational Skills Competition Finals and National Vocational College Ceramic Students Skills Competition held in Jingdezhen, Baitao Club was the only designated brand of drawing equipment, materials and tools.
At the 5th National Ceramic (sculpture) Vocational Skills Competition Finals and National Vocational College ceramic students' Skills Competition in Nanjing, Baitao will once again become the only designated brand of official equipment, tools and materials.
