President Fan said that as a practitioner who has worked in the kiln industry for more than ten years, I have been paying attention to the development of Baitao Association. China's ceramic kilns have entered the information age, and the new release of this pottery meeting makes me think of two keywords: Safety and stability, which is the basis of equipment research and development and production, as Jingdezhen and even the national ceramic teaching equipment leading enterprises, Baitaohui always pay attention to production safety issues, because the largest customer of ceramic education is primary and secondary schools, users are primary and secondary school teachers and students, so safe operation is very important. Ceramic kiln is the carrier of ceramic culture transmission, safety and stability is the premise of whether the school can introduce pottery courses. First, the use of national standard electrical components and standard wiring process
Electric kiln is a burning equipment, but also a high-power electrical appliances, because the design is unreasonable, the quality of accessories is not up to standard, the production process is not standardized, resulting in fire, short circuit, leakage and other safety problems occur, greatly endangering the personal safety of teachers and students. We call on all manufacturers in the process of developing the kiln, the use of professional qualifications and ability of electrical engineers to design the electric kiln, the selection of electrical components that meet national standards, and the production in accordance with the electrical wiring process, the factory needs to undergo strict safety testing.
Second, eliminate the use of polycrystalline mullite fiber cotton as insulation material on the kiln
Polycrystalline mullite fiber cotton is the most commonly used thermal insulation material in the domestic kiln industry, which has been included in the category of a class of carcinogens on the international standard. The parts in contact with the human body on the ceramic kiln have been forbidden to use. In order to ensure the health of our teachers, students and practitioners, we propose to completely eliminate the use of polycrystalline mullite fiber materials in teaching ceramic kilns within 12 months by developing and improving the production process.
Third, strengthen research and development, and establish multiple firewalls for the safe use of kilns
The use scenario of the college kiln is complex and lacks the necessary professional maintenance and maintenance. As the equipment provider, in the process of research and development, it is necessary to consider the occurrence of limit conditions to the greatest extent, and install safety electrical and gas protection devices on the burned classroom; There should be a compensation device for over-temperature, leakage (gas) and functional failure of core components on the kiln; When using the kiln, there should be remote visual monitoring, remote security telephone warning, remote start of power failure (gas), open fire automatic fire extinguishing and other emergency support functions. As a manufacturer, we should provide customers with regular kiln maintenance not less than twice a year, and check hidden dangers in advance.
4. Promote the establishment of industry standards and purchase standard kiln products
