I. Product Appearance

II. Product Structure

1. The five layer insulation structure consists of lightweight high-temperature bricks, Mitsubishi blankets, insulation fiberboard, insulation air layer, and carbon steel, ensuring stable temperature difference inside the kiln and maintaining the kiln surface below 70 degrees Celsius under high temperature conditions.

3. Full brick and arch design, stable structure, effectively solves the common cracking and collapse phenomenon of flat brick roofs in kilns on the market, and reduces the volatilization of carcinogenic substances.

4. The five sided furnace wire structure and thermal energy distribution algorithm ensure that the temperature difference of the kiln is controlled within ± 10 ℃.

5. Stable and clever steel frame structure, with smooth internal metal splicing process.

6. The observation hole adopts a concave and isolated design, effectively solving the common problems of high temperature around the observation hole on the market, causing yellowing and blackening of the furnace top, as well as high temperature deformation of the furnace top.


III. Main materials of the product:

1. Q235-A steel has good plasticity, processability, weldability, and corrosion resistance. Its mechanical properties are relatively stable, with high strength and toughness. At low temperatures, Q235A steel also has good toughness.

2. The furnace wire is made of advanced domestic iron chromium aluminum alloy material, with a long service life. The furnace wire can withstand a high temperature of up to 1300 degrees Celsius for heating.

3. JM26 lightweight refractory brick, low heat melting, low thermal conductivity of 0.2-0.4w/m.k, less accumulated heat energy, fast furnace heating, effectively reducing energy consumption.


IV. Product Performance/Functionality

1. The external surface temperature of the whole machine is ≤ 70 degrees.

2. Open the door and turn off the power (if the door is accidentally opened during the kiln firing process, the power will be immediately cut off to prevent danger).

3. 5G Internet independently developed temperature control system, with a Chinese and English operating interface, user-friendly operation (including over temperature alarm, fault query, automatic saving of firing data, remote real-time control, anti misoperation start stop and other functions), comes with 3 one click firing curves, customizable 3 curves, each curve contains 12 firing curves, can be freely set, and output power can also be freely set.

4. Power off and re firing (automatically detecting the actual temperature inside the kiln and developing a firing curve).
