Limited Express Warranty
BTH guarantees that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under standard use and proper maintenance for a period of five years from the date of original purchase, as long as the product has not been subject to misuse, overloading, neglect, or unauthorized modification or repair outside of BTH’s authorized control.
This warranty does not apply in cases where:
· The product has been misused, abused, or damaged by accident(earthquake, fire,flood,power surges or other natural disaster).
· The product has been neglected, damaged during shipping, or altered by anyone other than BTH or an authorized BTH dealer.
· The wheel and its parts are exposed to the outdoor elements.
Warranty Procedure
Before sending out any equipment for repair, you can first contact the dealer or BTH manufacturer (email:technicalsupport@jdzbth.com) to ask them to provide relevant after-sales videos. The following is the content of the after-sales videos.

If the pottery wheel parts are damaged and need to be repaired or replaced, we offer the following six methods for you to choose from.

Note: Only after the official evaluation can be returned to the factory for repair
The following costs are not included the warranty
· Shipping charges: To and from distributor locations for repairing our product.
· Labor fees:The removal and re-installation or other related labor costs in cases where BTH’s products have been modified from their original state.
· Others cost:Any secondary expenses and losses determined by BTH.
Maintenance and Safety Precautions
· Power Safety: Always switch the wheel to OFF and unplug it from the power source before performing any cleaning or inspection.
· Cleaning: Do not rinse the wheel with hoses. Instead, use a damp sponge or cloth for cleaning. Regularly drain the splash pan to prevent buildup of excess water and clay. Detach and thoroughly clean the splash pan after each use.
· Electrical Safety: Avoid touching switches or plugs with wet hands to prevent electrical shock. Do not tamper with the electrical circuits or controllers; doing so may pose a risk of electrical shock. For any operational or performance issues, please contact a qualified technician recommended by BTH.
· Child Safety: Exercise caution when using the wheel around children. Adult supervision is necessary for safe operation near children.
· Personal Safety: Remove metal accessories, such as rings and watches, when handling the wheel.
· Handling Caution: Avoid lifting the wheel by the wheelhead, as this can damage the shaft.
· Extended Inactivity: Unplug the wheel if it will not be in use for an extended period.
· Damaged Power Cord: If the power cord becomes damaged, please contact an authorized BTH technician for repair.
